Our team will welcome you at the hotel reception. You can collect your name badge there. No voucher needed — just state your name.
You are welcome from 6:15 PM. Please make sure to arrive no later than 6:30 PM, as there will be a short walk to the conference room. The scientific program will begin at 7:00 PM.
Upon arrival (between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM), we will offer soup, sandwiches and light snacks. These refreshments will be available at the balcony next to the conference room.
During the meeting, you can enter your BIG-number on the attendance list. NVVC accreditation points will be awarded afterwards.
During the meeting, you can scan a QR code to request your digital certificate. You’ll receive it digitally after the event.
You can park in the hotel’s parking garage. At the barrier, let the staff know you’re attending CRES.
